Aggroed ship scooop to Orca

Was wondering about this the other day.. and really dont want to lose my Orca trying it :P

If for example i flip a can and someone starts shooting at me... and a whole corp jump in to tr to take down my Hurricane(eeehhem this has NEVER happened...ehhem) is it possible for me to warp in with my alt in an orca and eject from my hurricane scoop it into the maintenace bay without the orca getting kill rights to it? or is it even possible for the Orca to sccop it up?

if this would be possible I bet nearly every HiSec PvPer would have an alt with an Orca ...

Not only is this tactic possible, it's used on a daily basis by Highsec AND Lowsec "elite pvpers" to save their ships when they get in trouble. Not only does the Orca gain no aggression from the docked ship, but docking the ship in the Orca breaks all locks, points, ewar of any kind and allows the aggressor to warp his pod to safety long before he can be re-locked by his attackers.

Valid and working as intended

Only part of it that is petitionable is if it is done to avoid losing your ship to concord

That is something i've wondered about aswell.. which i think should be obviouse.. Concord will destroy a empty ship if you ejected before they warped in?

works in what sense? You try to get your account banned and succeed?

To answer your frist Q yes, they will blow up your ship if you eject
