Bottom line is, all pvpers whine they want carebears in null and low, why, because its easy kills, there is no other reason

so if I decide to undercut whatever you're building at greater quantity, at a price lower than what you can afford to sell, and dump it on the market, what is that?

The simple fact remains: you are apparently unable to back up your assertions. The burden of proof is on you. Until you provide such evidence as to back up those assertions and make them believable, we can safely conclude that they are nonsense.

…and you have something to back that claim up, presumably?

Anyway, first of all, the most common reason you'll hear is balance. So already there, you're wrong. Second of all, what they want is fewer carebears, in null, low, and highsec, and more people who don't suffer the illusions about the game that characterise the general carebear. What they want is more people to shoot. The nature of those people is completely inconsequential.

Seriously all the NULL seccers "NERF ALL HI SEC INCOME" whine treads threads are tiresome. NULL SEC is a desert because it is populated with such whiney asshats.

So

Apparently us high sec dwellers are cowards and never do any pvp, we run from conflict and we hide doing missions and mining and according to pvp pilots, we are ruining the game and we never stop complaining.

Okay, let's fix it CCP, let's try it for a week, let's put the server into what im calling a ghost phase. Here is what you will need to do.

All industrial ships will need to be removed
All blueprints will need to be removed
All star bases will need to run on PI only goods, no wait, ud need blueprints for that, no, remove starbases fuel needs.
Change all empire 0.5-0.9 except for RENS/AMARR/DODXIEI/JITA and leave those as 1.0 systems for market hubs

You will need to seed all ships/modules at set prices.

You will need to remove refining as industry is no longer needed.

And Then we will see how this will go down with your *real* player base, not the 25% vocal majority

So CCP, lets try it out, lets do what they want, lets change EVE to pure PVP sov games, no industry, no mining, no missions, no incursions, nothing that makes ISK *easily* and make everything hard and serious *RISK VERSES REWARD* and see what happens.

People pay to play. If you pay for my account I will gladly play the way you ask. Untill then I will pay my $14.99 per month and play the game how I choose not you. Carebares dont force manufacturing on you so why force pvp on those who dont want it?
