A invention device that would allow people to reverse engineer the t2/faction tourney cruiser/frigs.

a item that is used up in the process.

failing that. blue prints to make a 1 run of said above ships.

another option would be...

ship skins of the empire navies .
ones that DO NOT effect t2 ships at all.
where is my ability to link a sig properly CCP you munters!!

Some stuff others might have mentioned, ideas I've seen, stuff I came up with (not much) ect:
-Faction Damage Controls.
-High-Slot Target Painter BPOs...like for my Drake.
-Uniform that's Concord based.
-Faction Abaddons. BPCs.
-Faction Maelstroms. BPCs.
-Faction Hyperions. BPCs.
-Faction-carrier BPCs.
-Faction-dreadnaught BPCs.
-LP-based PLEXs.
-Passive Invulnerability Fields with slightly reduced stats from T2 Invuln Fields. Give shields some love.
-Diplomatic immunity license that allows you to buy off local police forces if you are in faction warfare so you can roam into enemy FW space. The period granted would be heavily limited. It would be equivalent to your sec status however.
-Shield version of slaves, hull version of slaves would be HILARIOUS.
-Ring mining licenses. Lul.
Bring back hull tanking items tho, seriously.
-Concord deeds that allows for players to add/remove planetary invasion declarations for dust 514 in high-sec, it has to be utilized on an hourly basis like starbase charters to prevent potential invasions from occuring.
-Cerebral Accelerator. Price = 10b isk, 10b LP. Slot 10 item, increase all attributes by 2 (or 3) for a specified period of time (15 days?)
-The genolution set, and maybe some similar things, on the CONCORD LP Market?
-Pill based version of attribute enhancers, lasts a specific amount of time (1 week), temporarily boosts the relevant attribute by a specified amount. 200m isk, 200m SP.
-Corp/Alliance symbols on ships. Get a paint job on the hull of your ship with your corp/alliance symbol. Great for those who ship spin all day.
-Pay for corporation hangars at CONCORD stations using CONCORD LP.
-Concord has to have clearance sales of their evidence hangars occasionally, right? Randomized (every 24 hours it changes) clearance sales on faction modules, BPOs, ect (items that are available in other LP stores but for CONCORD LP/isk/tags). Hell, have a mystery box that gives you random shizzle for a fixed amount of isk and LP that *might* have deadspace/officer mods. Built in somer blink, anyone?
-Imported Russian Wives straight from null-sec.
-Concord Shuttles. 9au/s warp, 1000ms base speed. 25m3 cargohold. Oh, and a built in cloak.
-Mobile Cyno Jammer Fields, mountable only on a specific ship. New ship class, anyone?
-T2 ancillary shield booster BPCs, limited runs.
-Killing -5.0 characters in high-sec or those who have recently acquired aggro in high-sec results in LP rewards for killing said pirates/criminals.
-Wanna make a coalition? Get a Coalition License in which Concord recognizes your united sovereignty/nation today!
-Stuff that incursion runners like: Um...expensive shizzle.
-Bounty Hunter license. Allows for increased low-sec/null-sec incursion payouts versus incursion milita in high-sec. Make low-sec/null-sec incursions more tempting.
-Jump freighter license. You can light jump freighter specific cyno's in high-sec. Lolwut.
-Chribba-modified (IE Chribba faction) variants of mining ships. Uh, with better tank/bonuses or something?
-Official Mittiani/Chribba Pasties.
-CCP stock options.
-Make bounties require licenses or involve the CONCORD store to actually be official.

Concord Ships which make up for holes in the game:

A solo nullsec/lowsec exploration ship: able to solo sites and still do all the can openings and such, would be marketed as a ship for 'deputies' who would take down pirate infastructure.

A ship which could decloak afk cloakers, can only fit the decloaking mod which 'utilizes minute degredations in the cloaking ability of ships, typically cloaked for more than 30 minutes-1hr, to lock on to them and decloak them' It allows for targeting of cloaked ships, regardless of position in system, but does nothing to locate them, i.e. no target range. Said ships must later be scanned down.

Instead of talking about items in de Concord store, why not buff the Syndicate store. They have only wortless 'unique' items.

Seems unlikely that they would start handing out weapons tech.

Perhaps: -

Faction probes and launchers

Faction Salvagers, analysers and code breakers

Drones that can Hack or analyse

A useful version of the Echelon

Tags that can be exchanged in the other LP stores as an alternative to pirate and Navy tags.

Faction Rigs, not stronger but less calibration.

Nexus Chips

Incarna items (please not just another colour version of the same stuff)

The hard part will be the balancing for any item, but seeing the following would be cool:

CONCORD Warp Disruptor - same range as True Sansha
CONCORD Jump Portal Generator
CONCORD Covert Ops Cyno Gen
CONCORD Combat Scanning Probes
CONCORD Hardeners (Armor / shield)

I got a few ideas I'll throw out.

CONCORD Rehabilitation Act - Can only be consumed once per month. Gives a dangerous mission in low sec which resets security status to 0.0. Can only be used if above -5.0 (LP cost increases the more you use it)

CONCORD Boarding Module - Consumes Marines (all types which gives different bonuses) - Can be fitted to destroyers only. Applies a damage over time effect which can be counteracted if: the enemy ship which launched the boarding pods is destroyed / leaves system / leaves grid / cloaks, If the boarding pods are intercepted and destroyed (if a boarding pod has latched onto you then you will need the assistance of your fleet mates or drones to destroy it), and if the boarding marines have failed their mission and died. (Can be counteracted with your own marines in your cargo hold) Amount of modules that can attack an enemy ship increases with its size - Frig 1 - Cruiser 2 - BC 3 - BS 4 - CS 5. (Arbitrary numbers but you get the point) Enemy marines can produces a range of negative effects one at a time (cannot stack): disrupting the camera drones (interface stays online) - overheating modules and flat damage to the ship and so on and so on as balance and testing sees fit.

CONCORD Scanning Ship - An assault frig which gives bonuses to scanning (just combat probes? maybe) but can actually hold down a target and dish out some damage before the fleet arrives.

CONCORD Ship Scanner - Allows you to scan a ship with 100% accuracy and produces a fitting link to show other people... (This is more of a ease of life feature which should already be in the game but mehh)

CONCORD Guidance Computer - Passive Module. Can only be fitted to Freighters. Allows autopilot to land at 0KM of a gate. Reduces cargo hold size

Snowballs + Launchers - LP = Doooo it.

Hope you enjoyed! - I'll go back to lurking.

okay, imagine you only ever had access to the Concord LP store - no other store. What would you like to see in it? It does not necessarily have to be something that currently exists in EVE

Have not read the rest of the thread, but how about a range of paint jobs for ships?

I dislike the idea of having pirate implant sets and other pirate stuff available through Concord (even though I have few millions of Concord SP), please dont do it. There have to remain a reason people to mission in null.

Learning implants are unavailable for Concord LP. Idk if this is a good idea.
Concord implants, which would follow pattern of Genolution implants, but be weaker than Genolution and like them give multiple bonuses, instead of one large bonus to stats. Genolution implants arent seeded/avail in LP store and arent replaceable, even though they're optimal for some uses.
Concord T2 implant set. Idk what that could be.

..Any and all, low or midslot item, be it a damage mod, or defense mod that would be equivalent or slightly less effective than the faction ones.
..Then a set of implants similar to snake and crystals that increases the effectiveness of the Concord modules to be slightly better than their faction counterparts.
..This effect can then be boosted further by a Concord Slot 6 implant that makes the mods effectively Deadspace.

As all faction items require a set of opposing faction tags to acquire I would assume the concord store will be 2 to 3 times as expensive for LP and ISK . And a full set of faction damage mods, tracking enhancers, shield/armor hardeners, repair modules, tracking computers, and sensor booster should set the average capsuller back billions of ISK.

Ideally 100 mil per low slot 200 mil per mid slot and 250mil for each implant, doubled for the final slot 6 implant.

As the Incursion runners I fly with are always grinding up the skills to get a better ship and then better skills to run that ship the penalty of lower SP/hour using the implants will be a hard sell till they have mastered the items they wish to use the most.

PS wouldn't mind if the criminals to Concord had to stay above -2 to ensure these implants keep working.

Things that keep me up at night;  Why do we use a voice communication device to send telegraphs? Moore's Law should state, Once you have paid off the last PC upgrade you will need another.

CONCORD dash cam

Mid slot item, always on. Very easy fitting requirements.

All security status gains while ratting are increased 25%. Players who GCC you get double the security status loss if they illegally agress you. Has no impact on players who can legally shoot you. This does not impact CONCORD response times if you are attacked in high sec.

Vigilante License

Allows you to legally shoot at any player with a negative security status, even in high sec. Shooting players you are legally allowed to does not cause a drop in security status. Requires a 5.0 security status in order to purchase. License is instantly lost if the player drops below a 5.0 sec status. Does NOT permit you to legally pod players. Carrying the License causes you to appear as a different color in the overview, to alert other players to your Vigilante status.

In the cat-and-mouse game that is low sec, there is no shame in learning to be a better mouse.
