With that out of the way....when can we expect to see some patch notes regarding the patch? I've not been able to find anything here or the Dust forums regarding this, surely we'll be seeing something soon regarding this? Can we expect orbital strikes, or is this just a test of the chat/mail system? Will ISK transfers be working as well?

There is a set of precurosor patch notes on the beta forums they're NDA and forum limited so details are lacking.

Oh, I'm not talking about the patchnotes for Dust 514, I've read those already since I'm in beta. I'm talking about the Eve patch notes.

It will be connecting to Sisi, not TQ at first. Sisi generally doesn't get patch notes. However, if you're lucky (and I mean really lucky) you might get a dev post talking about it.

When we port back over to the Prime Sisi server and we get the Build name for the winter release I'll start a thread for build changes and get them documented.

If you ask the devs nicely they usualy tell us what is changed. I expect a dev blog about the Dust/Eve link next week with the early changes.

With all the conventions this week all the major details should be in the open before the weekend.

Its possible that CCP might place a NDA on the sisi info but I doubt it.

Has there been any word as to the tie-in related to motive? That is why would a eve player contract a dust player to take a small area on a planet? That's the motivation?

Its buried in teh CSM notes and is still speculative (as of a few months ago).
