As you can see Caldari Battleship is at lvl 4, but Caldari Carrier is already trained. This is because this pilot got podded without an upgraded clone and lost the Caldari Battleship 5 Skill. However I guarantee that you CAN sit in a Chimera, because the primary skill is already trained. I TRIED IT!
The Widow and Golem need Caldari Battleship 5 as a primary skill. This means you can NOT fly them yet, but as soon as Caldari BS is back at lvl 5 you will be able to.

Now that this is clarified let's talk about the highlights of this character:
9.7M SP in missiles -------- This includes Warhead Upgrades 5 and Heavy Missile Specialization 5 MAX DPS FOR YOUR TENGU!
JDC and JFC 4 so you can move around in your Chimera
Fighter and Caldari Carrier 4
You have large amounts of assets in highsec? No problem, Gallente Freighter 4 is trained!
Need a break? Take your time in the belts. Exhumers 5 is skilled already!
