OP you forgot a few things
do away with all gates and warps they are only a time sink pvpers don't have a need for timesinks

second graphics yep dime them down or atlerast bring them to a bare minimum they only reduce the FPS and produce lag
or even better just a black screen with my overview and my UI on a doesn't need anything more

Why would we need to? Eve is already is PvP centric, in fact there's not a great deal that isn't PvP in Eve.

Carebear is not automatically the same thing as High Sec dweller.

PVP is not automatically the same thing as Combat.

Few combat pilots have anything in particular against industrialists in general, just those that don't take precautions of any kind to protect themselves (defensive or evasive) and then come crying on the forums that the game rules should protect them instead of owning up to the fact that they have the tools available to protect themselves... even without any intention of ever purposely seeking out combat.

People pay to play. If you pay for my account I will gladly play the way you ask. Untill then I will pay my $14.99 per month and play the game how I choose not you. Carebares dont force manufacturing on you so why force pvp on those who dont want it?

To each is own. If I dont like it then I stop paying.
