Well now these two weeks are at an end what will you guys take away from this. As for me I went and did a few miles on the bike.
After all fitness starts at home.

I drain ducks of their moisture for sustenance.

Bike is a staple for me, have to admit it got me jogging more though, it's a nice high after several miles. Wish I still had a pool though.

The only topic that mobbed me during the olympics, is how much sex the athletes have during the olympics and what the parties are like. Not really sure what that will inspire me to do right now.

Well earlier this year I ran.....a lot. Got my 3 mile time down to 21:56. Then I became an FC. After a bazillion alarm clock ops to herd the lemmings my fitness has suffered. I would likely struggle to break 25 mins now. But I am back on the horse so to speak so hoping to be back down to those times by Christmas. Wtb more alliance FC

Theres a gym in my building.

Might have to hit it soon, I've gained at least 1 buckle this summer.

I decided I wanted to be in shape like those athletes too so I jumped on my electric wheelchair and took the dog for a walk to the end of the block and back.
