No Angel Cartel Level 5s

Since I am not a risk averse person who thinks that hi sec is the place to be, I have gone to nullsec and been doing the Angel Cartel missions near Serpentis Prime.

The risk reward ratio seems pretty solid and I expect I will be bringing lots of cynabal and macharial BPCs to hi sec in no time, but I noticed that the angel cartel have no level 5 agents anywhere.

Wtf ccp, why doesn't angel cartel get L5 missions?

Gotta be honest, anytime someone says "pubbie" I find it difficult to want to continue reading anything they say after that point...ever.

You can't run L5s in 0.0. They're all in lowsec.

actually not a terrible suggestion 8^) it would make sense for the pirate factions to be running high level operations, in highsec, against empire factions

the LP and ISK payout would have to be substantially reduced tdue to the risk vs reward factor however.
