Or are the devs being allowed to have fun cause the Gewns all have their attention on Mechwarrior Online right now?


GUYS COME BACK, Kill the competition!!

I mean it was pretty good going there a while after Hulkageddon, noone was mining, prices were up; now all the rock leeches are back.

Or are they less interested cause ppl can mine in a ship with 110000 EHP?

And, isn't sanity really just a one-trick pony anyway? I mean all you get is one trick, rational thinking, but when you're good and crazy, oooh, oooh, oooh, the sky is the limit.

You actually think Goons have the attention span to have kept it going indefinitely? I was quite surprised they kept it going as long as they did.

They put it on autopilot... what attention span did that require?

My question is they gave mining a HUGE bonus. Id expect the forums to be burning wrecks by now. Have out Goon overlords become bored terrorizing the pubbies?

if BoB liked to faceroll goons and had CCP in it, then why wouldnt ccp continue the good fight after BoB was dimantled?

they just nerf them instead of facerolling them now.

From what Im seeing in the other game, they may have let their attention slip here and are losing their grip on the devs lol

Either that or Mittens is going "didnt want that high sec terror anyways" while they nom 0.0 up

I miss the point where the ganking has anything to do with the goons.
They offer X money for kills.
If gankers don't kill, goons don't pay. Goons themselves aren't directly involved in the killing.

So what attention do they need to put into it, and who cares if gankers are ganking or not?
And why should the forums explode with anger threads?
There are still tons of targets to gank.

If Goons cared about killing Hulks as much as you think they do, the last Hulkageddon would have been 8 times bigger.

Still so many who don't tank their ship if they really wanted too they could still pull in high numbers. Not too mention all the other gankable ships ships. People throwing their life savings into tankless Itty's still seems to be a thing. Ugh

They are the six degrees of separation to anything bad that ever happens on eve.
A players misery is on average approximately six steps away from Goons.

The 7th degree is the empty midslots and lack of DCU's that allow Goons to kill people.

Stupidy has killed many more then Goonswarm ever, ever could.

Mining got a nice rework that many, including some Goons, supported.

One could say that was a side goal of the whole Permageddon thing (just guessing, I have no inside info on Goon thought whatsoever).
