How long does it take for a null sec asteroid belt to respawn?

I thought they reset every down time but weve had the same belts for 3 days now. and i mean EXACTLY the same.

Maybe that's what they look like when full? Wouldn't that be ironic? Smile

It used to be thursdays. Unless you mine it all, in which case it will come back after DT. Industry sites re-appear 5 mins after you mine them out completely and everyone is off grid. I think the thursday thing was changed though and they would create new roids every DT. You sure someone is not doing a lot of mining in an earlier time-zone than you? Happens often with russians/europeans/americans. Russians are the first ones in after DT and by the time the US gets online in their prime time, there's not much left.

Ahh but when the cat is away... you on 24/7 to be sure no one is sneaking in? I know in high sec the belts respawn every DT now. Nullsec I'm not sure since I don't mine that much out here - not in belts anyway. Maybe it's still thursdays only out here. But hey, why aren't you in the industry sites anyway? No one belt mines in null, unless you need a bit more veld, but then just find a hauler spawn lol.

Ive mined every mineral except a spud that has like 250k in it and that would take me like 2 days to mine solo lol.

Stupid clusters.

A while ago I heard it was mondays and fridays. Might have changed since. If you're in the popular areas they are usually kept low. You might have to go looking for a quiet place to get good fields. Edit: When I was mining in a system, it wasn't hard to keep the roids small. I didn't have many mining ships in my fleet either. Once they're low they stay that way for a while. I would have to visit the adjoining systems a fair bit to mine.

Ive actually made a petition once regarding this issue, the answer I got; Players are not supposed to know respawn rates. Basically mine in a neighbouring system for a week or so, then come back, it'll be mostly respawned, kinda ...

Mine the **** out of the belt. This is to prevent selective mining.

That sounds like a grav site. They should reset every three days at downtime. Unless the rules are different for those ane ones from ihub upgrades, hmm...

Yeah that's definitely the small grav site. OK, the site respawns 5 minutes after the spod dies and everyone is off grid. Or, wait 4 days. Every 4th day the whole site despawns at DT and re-spawns fresh somewhere else, and has to be scanned out again. But if you mine the spod chances are you'll be up to industry 2 before finishing, and you'll get the moderate site (which also has spod in it, but not as much and not in one big rock). IIRC mining the spod gets you half-way to industry 3. I thought you meant belts, not an industry site. Because, you see, you said "asteroid belt".
