Please only respond if you are 100% sure of the current status of BO.

1. Can a BO BS make a Portal while Cloaked?
2. Can a BO BS jump to a covert cyno while cloaked and stay cloaked upon landing on the other side?
3. Can Covert Cyno be lit by a ship while cloaked ship?
4. Can Covert Ops ships Jump through a BO portal while Cloaked and sky cloaked on the other side after the jump?
