Greetings Fellow Rock-Slayers,

Just some food for thought should we have another HAG, or just system security for you various P v. R(ock) operations (because the rocks are winning EVE, we must kill them before they develope language skills).

Some now viable options:

1. Put your boosting Orca in a safe spot - have the FC/WC/SC watch local and act as your system ops coordinator - like a stationary watch-dog while boosting. It's in a safe spot and so you can warp out if your paying attention to safey before the smartbombs or nados find you if your doing the job of DSCAN and watching local and doing the proper broadcasts to fleet.

2. Use your Mackinaws or Skiffs (as needed) and since your not required to dump into an orca and loose your boost as it warps away... because now you can fill up nicely and dock it yourself without much downtime.

Also this means you don't have to blob up and you can sit nicely 25ish km off the rocks well off the warp in point... making life much easier to be able to scoot.

I think we have a winner... any other new ideas people have on how to make gankers life just that much more problematic with the new changes?

As a highsec ganker pilot, I have to say that these are some of the worst suggestions I've heard. Seriously. The whole point of an Orca is two fold. To give mining bonuses and to act as an ore dump so that the miners don't have to leave the belt.

With your "ideas", the ore dump is completely thrown out. CCP is also planning on changing fleet boosting bonuses to only be applicable while on grid. That means you can't hide in a safespot and give bonuses, so that "idea" is crap too.

Looks like you've got a loser.

Here's an idea: Fit for Tank! What a novel concept for highsec miners. I can get my new Skiff up to 88k EHP. Probably higher if I put forth real effort.

+1 for the Londo reference :P

Personally I just used macks with 2x MLU fit tanks and laugh as catalysts fail at breaking my 30k tank..

By fit a tank, they mean you need at least b-type invulns on your mackinaw. I will be happy to test the tank for you after you aquire these modules

This is the point at which I established that the OP had no clue what he was talking about and probably hasn't been playing eve in a while Roll

LOL Lol

My Orca supports me right in the thick of battle while clearing anons, pretty nifty with good drone skills Bear

I have a lover, her name is EVE. I see her every night and all she asks in return is that I have a pilot's license.
