Nice skin, personally I like the looking into the eyes thing more than i like poses where people look away.
Nicely highlighted racial attributes. Maybe a touch more light?

(I tried for mine to make it look as if he was sitting down behind a desk while chewing his teeth because it irritates him what he is looking at)

Also agree with cadfael that maybe there is to much lump i the cheecks.

I see what you're going for, but yeah, the cheeks are gonna throw people off. If you're going for the tense officy guy, why not put him in front of a more officy background, instead of some warehouse/shack thingy? 7/10

And btw... this is my new ninja face, so have at it :) This is the expression I'm giving folks when I take all their battleship wrecks.

I am absolutely in love with the skin/hair colour combo. I also like the facila expression and the fact that you did not use a screamingly loud lip stick. Very well done 9/10.
