Finally after a eternity of messing with the idea i have decided to start my own lottery!!! For my first lottery i will decided it should be one of my favorite ships to fly, a Dominix Navy Issue. Pimped out of course. Since i'm still new to this lotto business I will have Chribba be my 3rd party.

HOW IT WORKS
* This lottery will consist of 656 tickets.
* Tickets for this Lottery are 5mil.
* To purchase tickets, send isk to in game character Shy Isotope with the reason field of "Shy Isotope-1"
* Lottery numbers will be unlocked once all tickets are purchased.
* Ticket Numbers are given out sequentially with API Software.
* Winners will be announced Via-mail list "Shy Isotopes Lotto" and given a 2 weeks to claim their prize(s).
* Refunds will be given out as soon as possible for those who buy a ticket to late or mess up on the reason.

Seems like not alot of people are interested. Might just have to close this and refund the isk back if this doesnt finish in a timely manner.
