Albeit some mammals have got or can get an odd number of breasts (FAI, one of my cats had 13 nipples), they're always on the sides of the body. There is no way in which a third breast could develop between the others (no way as in "there is no way your heart can be in your foot").

Actually some women and men do have three (or more) breasts, two of them developed as usual and the extra ones below the others and identifiable as a patch of tissue of a different color and texture than the skin.
