Mining Mission Bug?

When I take a mining mission in my Procurer. I always get the warning that my cargo hold it too small and it asks me if i want to still take the mission. Now the cargo hold is too small, but the Ore hold is more than big enough. So is this a new bug. I haven't run any mining missions before.

Its probably a holdover from when there was no ore hold in ships.

Thanks figured as much. My RP reason was that the Amarr agent was being a **** because the guy with the barge has a -1 standing with them.
