Off Grid Remote Reps - when?

So - as an initiative to boost small gang warfare, when will off grid remote reps be added?

I'd suggest a range limit of 28 AU, so it's not overpowered.

I would love to be able to fly a fighter or fighter bomber in 1st person as well while you are asking about these things.

OR dock my ship in a carrier and actually go with it through a cyno and get dropped off at the other end.

In Empire Warring the remote repping alts are already humping the stations like over-excited toy dogs, might as well just let them remote-repair while docked.

Another awesome idea - I mean seriously - why have anyone undock intervening the fight if he can redock anytime he wants anyway?

It makes no sense - system wide docked remote-reps for everyone in highsec.

I suggest CCP creeates a virtual docked mode for small gangs.
