+0.75 Second Delay on Hover Over Module Information Pop Up

I think at the moment, the info box shows up immediately when you hover over a module, and it's just a bit annoying. Maybe adding some delay to it would make it not as annoying, or even add something in the settings to custom change the time it takes for it to appear.

This deserves a bump.

It's a small issue and the new info module pop up is a nice feature but it just seems a bit crudely implemented.

Hold mouse over (for a second, 1.5, something like that) should display the popup. But you shouldn't see it when actively moving the mouse between or activating modules swiftly in combat etc.
