This option must be allowed to function on cloaked ships as well ( not sure why you can't initiate self destruct while cloaked mind you, never tried it).

Then add ammo to Drones. Drones are outrageous with their infinite ammo and zero cap usage.

/me retreats back into shadows to lurk and see who gets mad (can usually spot them. They are te loonies saying "U mad?"


Roll AFK is not against the eula - people who have problems with AFK cloaking typically are not having any problems with people who are AFK.. Cloaking is not broken in any way - though nerf herders will tell you differently .. it's their agenda.

  - remove the cloaked from local; free intel is the real problem, not  "afk" cloaking -

You're getting upset for nothing. This isn't an issue of people being AFK for some time because of RL intereferes. It's an issue where people log on after DT, go to a plex with infinite respawns, put out their drones with RR on them and go AFK for the entire day. Basicly printing ISK for no effort from the player. This is the same basic problem as with botting and should be made impossible to do. The ruling also seems like a temporary thing until game design can put in a solution, that makes the practise impossible to do.

If you check out the COSMOS complexes, they are old, old code. They do not de-spawn. Horribly farmed. Biggest problem with completing COSMOS for a normal player is actually being able to get the things you need before the farmers grab them. Players have complained for years about that. The upper level COSMOS are basically unusable at this point because of farmers. So, I'm happy Sreegs did this, even though it is a bandaid fix.

Honestly, I'm not sure why CCP doesn't yank them, then replace them with a more dynamic PVE experience.

Nah, the real problems are the lvl 1 DED complex farmers.

Basically they sit in areas that are only accessible by someone else once every hour or so while they wait for the loot to respawn every hour and 15 minute.

You can, in fact, make a decent ammount of cash that way while say, watching tv. Worst part of it : you are completly safe from anything else.

You should put an addendum to the addendum.

"AFK-anything is fine.
Just don't AFK-drone-complex-with-infinirespawn-bounty-rats for 16+ hours a day and we'll leave you alone".

Ugh is disturbed by this and just docks his ships when nature or laundry calls...

Don't be AFK and you'll never explode to the code.

Will also 'enforce' the 'warfare' you're aiming for.

We will know you're active, so we can't rat or mission.

We also know you had to invest in game play here.

Not goofy 'mechanics' to work your 'magic'. Unless, CCP have remarks in their code which specifically says

# The following line allows paying subscribers to "not play our game"

I don't mind you being cloaked and afk, but I don't see why you can't explode because of it. Systems malfunction :-)
