Looking for 6 Billion Loan (Fully Collateralised)

Just looking for another liquidity loan, this time for 6 billion. I have a Moros, Vindi and Bhaalgorn (With faction/deadspace) to provide as collateral if needed, worth in excess of 6 bil; So negotiable.

Payout? Length of the bond? Audit? Third party holding the collateral?

Pending this information, I'm willing to loan up to 1b.
