Have an alt in system, in fleet (they just need to be in space) with one of you having the mining foreman skills.

Solo as in one character or more?

Fast "solo" mining: Max-boost Orca with hulk(s).

Fast solo mining: Get a corp with Orca boosting. Train for an industrial large enough to carry atleast one full jetcan and then mine in a Hulk.

Honestly, the only way you're going to mine anything faster is with a skill boosting alt or by pairing up some upgrades/implants and using a alt hauler. The latter is how I started out while training said alt to sit in an Orca, it wasn't fast, but the alt with a cargo'd out Mammoth was able to hold almost an entire jet can of ore.

You'll have to change the gravitational constant of the universe to make it happen.. I suggest a seat on the CSM.

I wonder if Hulk prices will crash as solo miners dump them for Macks? Will corp/gang miners buy up enough of them to keep prices up? (I guess the real question is: how many people mine solo vs gang?)

Hulk will still be king of yield, we will just see an increase in jetcan mining, and can flipping. Twisted

Get other people to mine for you. Post buy orders for ore at slightly less than the value of the minerals, refine, sell the minerals, wash, rinse, repeat.

presuming no hostiles, and you were looking to mine for 3/4 hours with 2 accounts.

an alt with Orca boosting, or using 2 hulks and scooping the cans up later with industrial/orca
