All i know is that i might start using the condor with 2 Scrams to catch them pesky stabbed Plex farmers

If you could fit light missile launchers on a Condor, it would definitely be a very dangerous little ship, especially with a Warp Disruptor and MWD. With rockets I'm not so sure; what do rockets with decent skills hit out at? Like 8-10km? Wouldn't want to get that close with these new attack frigates.

So far I've been enjoying the Slasher. 2k scan res for the win.

I think they did the assault frigates just right. Lots of firepower. Utility high. Very fast with a point role bonus. None of them can really throw up a great tank but I look forward to tier 3 BC lolmails.

The rebalanced condor is fantastic! Just enough dps to clear drones before it dies, enough versatility to fit in several different ways (Shield buffer, med ASB, twin web & armour, etc).

It's my new preferred go-to small tackler. Does the job admirably and costs absolute peanuts when it pops.

It's the end of the world as we know it and I feel fine.

i tried lms + sebo + mwd + wd2+dmc+MASB .... why the hell i should fly crows?

65 dps ;(, but fast, 2k scan res, cap stable, MASB is giving it nice active tank. speed around 3.8 kms

i have in my head rocket scram web MASB version .... but i am afraid it is soft.

BTW have u checked new IBIS?

Yes, the new Ibis is cool. I should start flying one for FW (lol).
On a serious note, with all the folks crying about ECM, a fleet of Ibises with ECM jammers would be fun to watch.

I once tried to enter a plex with an IBIS and it wouldn't let me :( Not sure if they changed that with the last patch but i want my ibis in plex's damn it!

What did they do with the condor? Did they upgrade the assault frigates again (after the one where they reduced the sig bloom from mwds)?

Is eft showing all the changes?

Are you serious? They only made the Condor, the Atron, the Executioner, and the Slasher into awesome little pwnboats. And they're called "attack frigates" not "assault frigates". "Assaults frigates" are the T2 things.

I played with the rocket/MSE condor yesterday, it's super win. Lowish dps, but enough to clear drones. Takes a long time to wear down a BC though.

Most Rifters were easy to kill with a Condor pre-patch anyway. Its a cheap crow...

That's got to be one of the more pants-on-head ideas I've seen from CCP lately, which is saying somethingUgh.

Reason:

No direct module-based counter.

TD vs. Guns:

Tracking Disruption script <---> Tracking Computer with Tracking Speed script + Tracking Enhancer secondary
Range Disruption script <---> TC with Optimal Range script + TE secondary
Unscripted TD <---> Unscripted TC + TE secondary

TD vs. Missiles:

TD = reduction in explosion velocity (IIRC? Or was it ExploRadius, or Gods forbid, both?)

Counters:

Target Painter for the sig-radius component, but does nothing for explosion velocity.

Only certain rigs, certain implants, and skills do that, and some of those don't apply to both missile-types (IE, Rigor rigs, Guided Missile Precision skill don't apply to rocket/HAM/torp/CitaTorp), and any halfway-serious missile pilot will have the skills max'ed up (the basic ones are mostly only rank 2), so "fixed benefit," and/or choice + consequence of sacrificing an implant and/or rig slot, with increased CPU use for launchers in the latter case. This for a weapon-system that is already CPU-heaviest.

Gun pilots have much less need to consider this.

Soooo....

Where's our "Tracking Computer/Enhancer" for missiles, then? Maybe make TPs scripted, and choose between explo-velocity enhacement as well as sig-radius increase on target, and a mix of both if left unscripted?

Where's our secondary lo-slot module (BCU just boosts RoF and damage modifier)?

Idiotic stealth-nerf to an entire combat style is idiotic, especially if you use large missiles, like they really needed the extra gimping on any chassis that isn't a stealth bomber?

E:

I can hardly wait for how they buff-up the Kestrel to keep it from becoming irrelevant in light of these buffs. Miniature HM/Nano Drake, C/D please, CCP?
