so ya the server exploded or something, I've been looking through forums (correct me if I'm wrong) and this seems to be the only mention of it... wish CCP would let us know whats going on here....

the sticky about it in GD prolly could have answered the question.

With the increase in shiptoasting, the Report timer needs to be shortened.
