banned for buying plex?

To make it totally clear, If you bougth your PLEX via Ebay or other non by CCP supported Sites you most likely felt to someone did this for RMT purposes, if you bougth the PLEXes by CCP itselfs all should be okay, but since you said your accounts got banned it most likely sounds you bougth PLEX by someone not affilated and agreed upon by CCP itsselfs and got chaugth doing so.

If this is the case, Say good bye to your accounts forever and seek out for another game instead.
