I write documentation for a living. I have often been tasked with updating or creating release notes, patch updates, and readmes. You would be surprised at the level of detail some people will want.

And god forgive you if you fail to include even a little change. Every customer will call tech support, freaking out, wondering if their pebkau was caused by an undocumented feature or correction. No, our changing of capitalization was not the reason your install failed. The fact that you did not read the install shield stating you must first uninstall the last version us what causef the issue. Ugh!

With the amount of text in EVE, I am impressed only one mistake was found. Beats out most professional research reports.

pretty sure the patch notes released to the community are just scrubbed versions of their internal changelogs

npc alts have no opinions worth consideration
