As a new member of PIE Inc, I have heard from several places that PIE is dead and what not, however, I know this to be untrue.

I simply would like to know why players who are unaffiliated with PIE to tell me why they think PIE is dead. I would like people who are not affiliated with PIE to comment so that I can get a unbiased opinion

The same goes for people who hate PIE with a passion

Once upon a time I could not take a ship to the Minmatar-Amarr frontline without encountering the fighters of PIE.

If anyone asked me, I'd say they were dead, too, but it could simply mean that they are quiet and away from the fighting. I prefer dead.

I'm glad Mitara chimed in, as she is a perfect example. As a fighter living in the warzone, Mitara was a foe to be respected, picking up dozens of kills for almost no losses each month. Now...forum warrioring or no warrioring at all. Not sure which.

PIE are irrelevant and haven't accomplished anything marginally noteworth in half a decade. I don't even think people are saying PIE is dead, people just aren't talking about them at all.

Our enemies have always called us irrelevant. Many of those enemies no longer exist.

Anyway, we have accomplished a few things in the last half decade, most notably our role in rescuing the bones of St Aman.

Am I an enemy of PIE? Cool! Don't get me wrong, I'm flattered, but if I'm an enemy you haven't done a very good job of administering ~holy redemption~ Either way, it's not just "enemies" calling you irrelevant, it's everyone. In the last half-decade you managed to pull one "relevant" accomplishment which happened four years ago. Kind of proves my point, just saying. It's not a bad thing, mind you, it's just a fact.

I have just learned that PIE considers me unworthy of being a member of their fine organization.

As an extra insult, CVA have me, Kalaratiri, and our entire organization set KOS.

This is an outrage! I have done so much for all of you!

There's a lot of you out there. I'm sure that we'll get round to you eventually. In the meantime, you'll just have to be patient.

Yes, it's everyone. Apart from those that aren't. So not everyone then.

Of course I only mentioned one relevant accomplishment. It's all that was required to prove your claim of no relevant accomplishments to be plain wrong. I could have picked other accomplishments such as the diplomatic tensions eased between disparate allies, the supply agreements with other loyalist groups, the victories in the field, or the fact that PIE was the first capsuleer-owned organisation to amass one million victory points, but I chose to go with our work for an Amarrian heir.

My speed, or lack thereof, has nothing to do with your rudeness, sir.

People can only take what seems like wit and sarcasm for time before they start to question the speed and condition of your synapses.
