Reserve share orders should be up to date on the OP.

For those who are curious about the new format of reporting enabled by the blog, check out the arrival at Kino post I just made. That tells the story of something that happened just minutes ago! Lots of colorful pictures, too. Cool

Obviously stuff like that isn't enough to warrant a full shareholder report, but should be interesting enough that some may want to read it. Much lower effort on my part, just breezily keeping you all up to date on the goings on in the New Order. Smile

I have one thing to say though, you say afk miner but also say that you got the isk within minutes of arriving in the system. I don't know what your definition of AFK miner is but not paying attention for a few minutes hardly makes one an AFK miner.

You picked a bad time to come, some gankers spent the whole evenin clearing both ice fields out and that's why there's only us and our basilisk shield repairer left in the belt. Standing up to gankers is doable, bumpers are a pain in the ass though.

Generally speaking, I prefer that miners remain at their keyboards at all times, and miners who are away for a few minutes are considered AFK. It's just too much temptation for miners to progressively go absent for longer and longer periods. If a miner needs to go to the bathroom, for instance, I ask that they dock up first, or at the very least ask the Supreme Protector for permission to go.

Got the latest batch in, keep 'em coming, I'm not getting tired at all. Cool

Indeed quite harsh. Are we seeing order at the cost of tyranny?

I couldn't believe how bad those miners talked to you this weekend. It was inspiring how well you handled your people in spite of their ugliness and deviant ways.

When that miner finally confessed he thought you were a nice guy and it was only the bumping that bothered him..... well, it was very emotional for all of us.

I'll take 20 shares.

Keep up the good work! Lol

*shrug* I probably have more respect for the miners than they have for themselves. If they act like spoiled little children, then that's how I treat them. The Code is designed to help them grow beyond that, and I think it's been working so far. Maybe that doesn't make me the most popular dude in the ice field, but over time most miners regard me as tough, but fair.

Funny thing is, some of my biggest supporters are people who originally said they would never pay for the privilege of mining. They changed their minds about me, and I think you will, too. Smile

Random noob corp alt asks for isk with no assurance anything will ever be returned.

This ranks right up there with the $3,000 dollars waiting for me in a Nigerian banc account if I'll only send them my CC number.

What happens when you find an afk guy and you bump him say 30 km off a roid or whatever they are digging and... he does nothing? Do you kill them after a while?

Just asking, I have positions on the market to setup in 3 weeks... Pirate

Decor. Nothing quite says 'Hi, welcome to the best-kept belt' as having 3-D, life-sized, living statues in honor of the ships that mine there.

Lol

Not far wrong. I just let them rot outside of mining range, though occasionally a suicide ganker will use me as a guide for finding AFK miners and will strike them down. If the miner is genuinely AFK and just sits there out of mining range, I'll usually send them an EVEmail explaining what happened so they're not totally confused. Otherwise they have to scroll up the local chat to figure out why their ship stopped mining.
