The fact that the new rookie frigates make better cyno frigates than they did before is something we consider a side issue, we're not going to explicitly design for it but we don't have a problem with it either.

One could always stock cheap expanded cargoholds in your cyno chain systems alongside your cyno gen supply, and then you can get by with cyno theory 3 on characters of any race.

But why make the one race have it harder than the other races on this "issue"? Would understand if CCP no longer wanted noobship to be used as cynoships, but that's not the case here, as all other races noobships beside amarr will still work as before, but amarr have to stock up on another module or skill more, doesn't seem right, at least not to me.

It's less that and more that it's weird that it's inconsistent like that. Why do the newbie ships even have differing cargo sizes? It's not like the civilian guns they're fitted with use ammo. Is it an item budget issue? Is there even such a thing as "item budget" in eve?

If you were to drop all newbie ships under 120 m³, I'd be satisfied with the change -- at least it'd be consistent. Having amarr ships be the odd man out here is just weird.

why the hell is this even CONSIDERED an issue, its a rookie ship it was never ment to be used as a cyno frig in the first place, why dont ya just use a regular T1 frig and be done with it, they cost pretty much NOTHING hell they may as well give the prober ships a cyno bonus of some kind if your really that in of a tiny cyno ship.

Seriously, your fleet/capital is relying on a rookie ship ? Ugh

EvE is about making original fittings, sometimes they work, sometimes not. If I wanted to cry for each fitting that works with a race and not with the other...
