Our enemies have always called us irrelevant. Many of those enemies no longer exist.

Anyway, we have accomplished a few things in the last half decade, most notably our role in rescuing the bones of St Aman.

Well remembered. The service of history is a noble one, and while I do not share your faith I applaud your dedication to preserving sanctity. Perhaps more importantly, this is a timely reminder that our fascination with the present is misplaced. We are immortals, it is better to take the long view. Patience is a virtue, and one which I think Praetoria Imperialis Excubitoris is well-placed to teach.

Could not agree more. BWGRD will happily fly alongside PIE whenever they need it.

As far as I'm aware they're still in the Dakba system.

From the posts that mean something and are not jokes; it seams that PIE has its fare share of fans such as BWGRD and other loalist. It also seems that there are people who doubt the current state of PIE is less than what it was in the past.

There's a BIG difference between "not making propaganda noises/capturing systems/making news with giant sovnull fleet fights" and "irrelevant". I'm sure some of those folks who think PIE is nowhere on their radar screens probably don't see KAIRS anywhere there either, but that's just setting one's self up for a big surprise... Pirate

I think your right Aethion for no real support for the opinion that PIE is currently just a former shadow of its self have been presented.

I am a 'fan' of PIE, and will fly with them at any time.

The current state of PIE not being less than it was? Let's not be silly, PIE is nothing like it once was.

That is a great deal of history for us newer members such as myself and Mordan to live up to. Recruitment is definitely on the up and enthusiasm among new pilots, I can attest on my own behalf at least, is high. I won't claim to be up to the task myself, my humble station would not permit me, but I do ask that you give this generation a chance to prove ourselves. All due respect of course, Cardinal Graelyn.

On the contrary, I intend to fight to ensure that there is a future for the Praetoriate. I am glad a new generation is here to do so as well.

You're going to need some high-grade Charisma implants for the whole lot; this latest 'generation' is even more dull than the last.

If being 'dull' means we avoid 'cult of personality' problems that plague many capsuleer organizations, then I say we go right on being dull.

I would agree with you Ms.Newelle. My first impressions was not like what Silas said because I look at several other corporations. PIE has plenty of charisma just not in a form that is artificial or another that is showboating. PIE's charisma is one that any faithful Amarr can understand.

I gone through life being dull, nothing wrong with it as far as I can see....
