Could have posted this in the Market section...

I just purchased 3 Macks 199M@ in Derelik Region (better price than in Rens) in anticipation of the changes. No changes in the price history in Derelik for many months.

Then I thought it might be fun to play around with a Skiff :: price tag = 212M and only available in Rens or other big hub. Price history has shot up wildly in the last month.

My question is: will the new blueprint make Skiffs more affordable assuming we ride out this "bubble of enthusiasm", or is the new price due to production costs ?

I think you mainly overpayed for that Skiff, they're only 179 in Jita Lol

I didn't buy it.

I just noted the price and wondered how long it will take for the bubble to burst and prices to return to the historical baseline, or if they ever will...

They won't fall to historic levels, due to the increase in mineral usage in their construction.

They'll probably fall a bit though.
