Where do the Navy cap booster charges initially come from? I can't find them on the LP or the blueprint for them. Deadspace drop? I'm drawing a blank here, how do I get them besides the market?

Help channel is saying the FW LP store, that's the only place besides the market?? dang, hope not..

Correct, the only sources of navy cap boosters of all sizes are FW shops.
