Mining barges changes - effect on SBs

Hi!

I think the EHP buff on mining barges is gonna reduce the chances of killing them in a stealth bomber to 0%. There are not many ships that SBs can solo ( yes I know their use is primarely for bombing, but they are fun ships to hunt people) and now with the changes the amount of possible targets will get even lower.

I think if the sig radius of the ships would be increased a bit that would balance the things well since turret ships wouldnt deal more damage to them and those are mostly used in suicide ganking in hisec.

In 0.0 if a miner is cought mining he deserves to die, so having a ship with kind of a small sig radius with tons of EHP is unfair for the bomber pilot that managed to catch it.

Wondering if anyone else thinks the same way.

Use T2 small sig torps if you plan on facing miners. Its not like they are going to speed tank you.

Also, since a tanked miner is shield tanked (not counting bricks) its sig already goes up.

It's not like I don't kindof agree. But given how expensive most mining ships are I don't really think it's fair for them to be easily taken out by a lone bomber. So you better just start looking for a Blackops corp, hold the miners down with a point and start calling friends.

was a lone bomber meant to take on a miner in the first place?

imho, bombers look like super-solo-destroy-everything-always-win ships to noobs.

They're not, don't expect them to be.

If miner isn't AFK new Skiff will be in warp before anyone gets it locked.
