I think it's a matter of age/maturity... or preferances... I mean, the max cups are pretty grotesque and comical... then again, there are real live equivalents for everything possible in EVE... and then some.^^

Well even the small breasts are large compared to the smallest breasts IRL. So they are not given much choice. It may be more an issue on how you portrait the profile photo I think. Slutty or normal. But even if you portait it normal, but give a sideview,... the breasts will always be large as they simply do not come smaller.

To say 'ALL' would be overstating. I know a fair number of male players who actually dislike to show 'them' off on their female chars.

So, no not all portraits that show XXXL breasts will are played by men, imho. I'm sure some women will be doing that too.
Alot of the female chars are probably played by men. But alot of women play male chars. So I do not see an issue with this.
