The only doctorate not allowed to call themselves a doctor. Medical doctors are the only other doctorate that does not require expanding human knowledge that CAN call themselves doctor. Everyone else gets to defend a dissertation, yay:P

Hell, California is also the only state that will ALSO allow you to do law school by correspondence without even requiring accreditation!!

Its funny that they bring up the "Americans sue over anything" stereotype. I have a lot of friends/enemies from the UK from playing this game, and the rules favor the consumer much more than America. For example "lifetime warranty" means "lifetime warranty" instead of "go **** yourself" like it does over here.

... winning on the other hand is another matter and I'm guessing in the case the judge will laugh in your face.
