i get the protocall issue? i have read ssaying its something to do with the update getting readdy for new tranq patch but can i still acess sisi?

please be specific all the things in other threads have gotten me no where this is path i used in past to get on sisi

computer/ OS(C) /program files x86 / CCP /Singularity /bin / ExeFile

wheni do that now i get a protocal problem
