Intel 3000HD B800 CPU Change

Hi there, atm i playing eve online on laptop with intel B800 CPU and integrated intel HD 3000 GPU, and i want to know, will cpu swap to intel i5 2540M will boost some fps (now it is 30-60fps on low, i want atleast stable 60 on medium)? Because playing on low graphics after high one is a bit sad experience. Sad
