Skills needed for single planet P2

So right now I'm in null and am preparing to set up some single planet P2;s. All my planetary management skills are at 4 so is doing single planet P2's a good idea with these skills or should I get CCU to 5 before doing this.

Can't see a reason, why not start right away.
Having CCU V gives the power to run two ECUs with modest effectivity.

with CCU IV is it still possible to do single planet P2'S alright though?

The big variable here is how good of planets do you have access too?

In high sec the planets are all in all pretty craptastic, so you have to dedicate the
bulk of the power for extraction to make it worthwhile.

Wormhole planets on the other hand are like x10 times nicer, and you can extract
quite alot of resources with a fairly small amount of power usage on the extraction.
