I like using the notepad, it works for storing information without quiting the game to use the actual notepad and or minimize my game.
Tho sometimes I'd like to access the notepad outside of the game, but I can't, as far as I know (and my google foo skills know) the files are stored online, with no copy of it on the client computer.
I believe this would be something easy to implement into EVE, since all you need to do is to save a copy of it on the computer.
Also, I would like to be able to drag and drop the notes into a chat so everyone in this chat can click on that and read it.
Kinda like with items, where you drag and drop it into the chat, and when you click it, it goes to show info of the item.
I know you can copy and paste, but I will explain below why it doesn't work as I would like.
I would also like a smilliar function for sending Mails, I already created a long note which I organized and spell checked, and did stuff like making some words bigger, use bold text, etc.
When I copy it to a mail, the arangement is gone, the words size and test is back to defualt, and I have to redo it.
This is a pain in the cat.
I want these features because it can make storing information (in my case, keeping track of my alliance production) a lot easier, and it can make my alliance lives easier as well, as they need to use it in some other areas as well.
I know there are plenty of ways to go around that, and to make it work just as good, but the way I want it to work simplifies it and makes it work better.

tl;dr:
1.Make notepad files save on the client aswell as be stored online
2.Let us drag and drop notepads into the chat like it already is with items (Without all the word sizes and bold text going back to defualt).
3.Let us send the notepad files as mails (again, without all the word sizes and bold text going back to defualt).

I would very much like this, and this seems like an easy to implement feature.
And of course, sorry for whatever mistake in spelling I make.

That's because Android users know that having pen and paper with you is still more time-efficient than trying to teach software how to type.

I do have a notebook, problem is I don't have much space to write with on my desk so its easier for me to just type it into the game.

One thing that people don't realize is that you can link systems and stations in your notepad. I have notes that look like this:

START
Amamake (linked system)
Rens (linked system)
Rens Market Hub (linked station)
Turnur (linked system)
END

All contextual options are available.

I'm an idiot, don't mind me.

I don't understand, can you explain please?
EDIT:
Nevermind, took a third look and understood what you mean.
But what I want is completly different from what you showed here, I already know about that feature and tend to use it a lot.

What cat wants is the ability to transfer properties like font size, alignment, colour etc. to external applications. Or to put it another way: "Eve-Clipboard should be like universal-clipboard-every-other-program-uses-as-well".

Just asking for it to be saved on the computer as a txt file, and to be able to drag and drop the note to the chat and to be able to send the note as an EVEmail, without the text becoming messy.
No need to magicly apply it to all programs in the world lol.

Well, if its possible and CCP can do it, why not?
