Couple things to make you look better and less English native:

Take care of your dental hygiene because you smell really bad when you talk

Start taking at least one shower a day, can barely distinguish your tatoo...

Shave at least once a week but wait after the shower, most of it will probably go away with some water.

Wash your hair with shampoo instead of engine oil, you'll look less stupid.
