Cosmos replacement?

I was looking around through good looking for a way to get my minmatar reputation up from -3.2 to -2.0 so i can mission for minmatar agents. I keep finding site talking about turning in tags and doing cosmos missions to get specific reputation for the major factions problem is all the agents are missing.

Did they remove cosmos and tag turn ins for reputation? If they did how can i get the reputation needed other than skills?

No, COSMOS is still there. It's just terribly documented and buggy.
The Data Centers also are still there.


What might be mixing you up is that the Agents are all in space, not in stations.

nowadays you can also run lvl1 missions no matter how bad our standings and work up your faction standings via lvl1 storylines
