I agree but then how are you ever going to rent space? I know there actually some legit renters out there...thats the problem you cannot do any real checks, no contracts of something goes wrong etc. Mayeb i should of used chribba as a thrid party


You don't need to rent space, the simple fact you come there with your mates put all your assets on the line for that space, participate to the living there is already something great (but you are obviously expected to defend that space with blues and not just be in the belt making billions while others work for your safety).
As I said, the fact you participate monthly to some alliance charges that concern alliance facilities is normal, but this mount is not about billions.

As corporation you need of course to contact some serious alliances already in place, have a lot of talk and whoever asks you isk or safety deposit just block it and shoot it with your mates till it has no more sp and isk left.
You have also to pay attention when you move all your stuff somewhere, there are some alliances that actually are experts in this kind of scam, just join their enemy alliance and get payback !

Let us pretend that this is real life for a moment, you see something real nice and shiny that you want so you spend all your cash to by this new shiny item from SuperStore for $400. Mr. Tony, who lives down the road, sees your shiny item and says, "Hey, I like that item, I will give you $500 for it." Wow, that is more than you paid, great deal!

Now you have $500 burning a hole in your pocket, uh oh folks, here comes Mr. Scammer, he sees you for an easy mark and says that he can sell you the shiny Audi he is standing beside for, oh, $500. Great! You hand over the money, expecting to get the keys, Mr. Scammer laughs at you as it wasn't really his car and walks away.

So, answer me this, what were you scammed out of, and who did the scamming?

Were you scammed out of the $400 that you bought an item for or the $500 you "earned" for selling your item? And who is at fault, it must be the store for letting it happen, I mean they sold you the item in the first place right?
