Dev announces that they want to make the game easier to get into obviously means they want to dumb it down for the casuals.

Ah, didn't realize HKO had a more mature player base as when I was recruited to EVE via online ad it mentioned that it was one of the most mature gaming communities to date.

You can actually buy GTC's for HKO in Sweden. I found one in a Swedish GameStop, hanging on the wall with the other GTC's.
