Crystals, Cargo and Corp Access

Well since we are probably going to have the following changes

Hulk = small cargo and a "Fleet Ship" and
Mack = solo miner with more cargo space and
Skiff = most cargo space for crystals...

Here is what needs doing for this "Fleet Ship" thing CCP has going.

ORCA CORP ACCESS TO CORP HANGER - change to - FLEET ACCESS HANGER w/ Check Box...because THAT is a Fleet option for passing out crystals that makes the hulk viable then... and do the same for the Roqual I suppose if null sec miners say it needs it...ORCA def needs this for HS.

Too many HS miners are not in a corp or different corps in ad-hoc fleets to use the corp fuction as is.

Surely this is a problem of people who mine together but are not in corp? Why give them corp benefits if they won't share a corp?

because odds are they're already sharing an alliance... isn't that the point of an alliance? for corps to play together while being able to remain in individual corps that may have different methods of trying to achieve the same thing?

They will not do that.

I spoke with a GM on the sisi server this morning and apparently the crystal size is just right and we will have to live with having someone designated as crystal runner.

all hail mackinaw as king of the exhumers!
until you get ~7 players the mackinaw wins out over a fleet of hulks where one of the members is constantly hauling ore.

it's been a problem for my alliance for as along as the change has been in place.. I've made requests, suggestions, and pleadings for CCP to do something to allow allinace members to mine together and use the orca hangers.. but so far they've ignored me. This barge change will just make this problem even more poignant. (though my mining help no longer mine with me because of the lack of hanger support.)

  - remove the cloaked from local; free intel is the real problem, not  "afk" cloaking -
