Very nice engineering skills makes him a dream tanker

Have access to level 4 agents with Caldari Navy, Dai lai (spelling?) and kalakiota wich gives him access to level 4 research agents.

Have access to max amount of research agents

+5 implants
Can redo attributes 2 times

Bids starts at 8 billion as i dont see a reason to sell below that

Only downside is fitting might be a pain with no advanced weapon upgrades, but well worth 10bil or even more.

I am having no trouble fitting my tengu. I can share the fitting with the buyer if theres any doubt.

10billion is over the pain limit. I will sell it when i come online this evening around 17:00 eve time to the highest bidder.
