A corp mate mentioned missions that are done maybe once a year where you get good blueprints etc. The agent that starts that arc, he accepted a mission from, but I could not. My standing was sufficient, and it may be possible that I tried in the past, didnt finish the mission and totally forgot what came of it.

Well the convo went to the tutorial missions and if I had finished them. (I smoke much, forget even more) so I am not sure if I finished all my tutorial missions. ( Im the start skyrim, walk east type of guy) So he asks if I have the Graduation Certificate (wasnt able to check at that moment as I was getting blasted into smithereens). I believe I do, so am I supposed to bring it to an agent to certify that Im ready to do the COSMOS missions?

If you've let a COSMOS mission lapse in the past then you're pretty much boned. They won't talk to you ever again.

COSMOS missions can only be run once, not once a year. Once in the life of the character. There are certain circumstances that a GM will reset the mission for you, one did it for me a while back.

Well, I think im ok if I have this correct. I needed my grad certificate turned in before I could start any COSMOS missions? If so, I turned it in last night and started a few missions.

So far, the sites ive looked at online list a large group of different agents. Are these each separate arcs, or will I run one large arc that takes me to each of these agents?

Connection between some COSMOS agents is some items that are needed from one to another and you can buy items from contracts if you screw up at some agent. All you need is good standings for acces.

Well I think im fortunate not to have boned this one up. Its strange though, are all these agents part of the same arc or are they individual mission arcs (i.e. mission 2 of 6)
