Terrible support.

Almost 72 hours with an open petition, about a game mechanic that is poorly documented, that requires coordinating multiple people to be active at 4am local time, risking tens of billions of ISK.

72 hours and no response.

Do GM's even bother to look at the queue?

To counter this. I recently had a splendid experience with support. Nice guys who are extremely busy!

I've had good support experiences in the past for sure. But lately it's not even worth it to file a petition it seems. And the bigger the issue, the less likely it seems you are to get a response.

I've encountered nothing but great support. Out of curiosity, what is the game mechanic in question?

Well, if this was the character that you put up the petition with, I'd put off answering the petition as long as possible, based on the terrible name you've chosen.

Depends how important it is. Some petitions are more important than others.

Hell mine is still open from more than a month ago. I can't delete one of my API keys.

One day I might be able but it's still open so will see when I get answered. But with a name like Itchy McButtcrack how important can it be?

That's cool. It's perfectly fine to take someone's money every month and ignore their legitimate support requests because you don't like their name. Seems reasonable to me.

And no, this isn't the character that opened the petition. It's this account though.

Yeah, CCP sucks in many respects, but I have nothing but good things to say about petition support.

Confirming that you can determine the importance of a technical issue by the name of the person experiencing it.

Yeah, most advanced Game mechanics are poorly documented. But dropping a station's pretty well documented, and since that's pretty clearly what you're doing, I'll help.

Get everyone in a POS in system, give yourself a little bit of time beyond the timer before DT so your freighter train has time to fill it up, drop and Anchor. Fill it. Hopefully you don't have any spies in your crew who might pull a few pieces of PI goo out before you can hit build. Click build. Hopefully DT's only a few minutes away at this point, so pucker your sphincter and hope nobody drops Titans or somesuch to try and gank it. When the Server goes down, Congrats, OP Success.

Did you send the security deposit to the GM?

The two times I've sent the petition the response was professional and fast.

Then again I didn't stumble into something without research and needed the GM to play the game for me.

I think I must be a 'special snowflake' as any petition I have ever opened, has been dealt with very quickly and to my satisfaction.

I opened a petition this week, it was answered on the 5th day, i got to admit it was nothing critical. But hey, why pay 20 bucks if you don't have to. Once they got to it - it was solved quickly and to my satisfaction. Holiday season ?
As for my stuck petitions were - they were all solved within 10 minutes
