New Mining Barge stats completely eliminate PVP.

the mining barges killed my kids, stole my wife, and robbed me.

Have you even tried any Sisi play to confirm that your way of eve life has been "destroyed"? because I have.. and guess what, barges can be killed. No, you can't kill them in 4 seconds with a frig or destroyer - but you should never have been able to do that in the first place.. and some more news.. the hulk is not changing that much. so if you spot a toothless tankless hulk, you are saved.. you'll be able to "pvp" again.

  - remove the cloaked from local; free intel is the real problem, not  "afk" cloaking -

I'm gald to see someone taking a lighter approach to the new barge buffs, as compared the threadzilla about the three pigs.

Honestly, ganking miners is not the best way to make in income. So if that is the ONLY way a player has been turning a profit, then yes, they will be impacted.

On the other hand, if a player chooses to gank miners for the grief factor, they still can. It will simply require smarter more selective hunting and/or a bigger destroyer blob to accomplish the gank. So yes, the cost of Carebear tears has gone up.

But I agree with the OP: PvP overall is unchanged, and I see this every time I enter lo sec...

That's largely the miners' fault, now isn't it?
And of course, unless he's botting, it's still player vs. player even if the second player chooses not to fit his ship.
