Some one forgot their probe launcher, eh? This would be a good time to self destruct home and never forget that launcher again.

4. Wait
5. Rinse and repeat with pod

Yes. I've self destructed a Maelstrom cause a wormhole got me stuck in low sec space. I wouldn't think twice about doing it in INSIDE a wormhole. Just blow yourself up.
