Tooltip box cluttering modules

New tooltip are awesome, but their position is kinda annoying cause it covers moduls. When you hover your mouse under lowslot items tooltip box cover upper modules. Even worse is when you align HUD to top of the screen and hover mouse over highslot modules.

Think it might be slightly better if you make tooltip box to have constant place above highslot modules, not obsuring any module, where info of all modules can be shown (samo position for info of lowslot, medium, hislot)
