CCP Changed My Name......

Ahoy there! Caldari Citizen 189728976897 a.k.a. Chinky McChingchong here with a bit of a question!

Okay first of all, anyone offended by my name, sorry, but I made it as a joke alt last year and now it has become my main, my old corp doesn't like me for some reason and its not nice that CCP changed my name to this before I don't know, giving me the option of changing it to something a little less..... racist? I don't know if it is racist anyways, I have never had anyone offended by my name, most people thought it was funny, but my old corp wants to ruin my gaming experience, so they complained about my name... obviously....

So, simple question, I sent in a petition, haven't gotten a response yet, but maybe, JUST MAYBE, someone could tell me if I will have the option to change my name once they get my petition... yes? no? Maybe So?? Let me know people, thanks! Also, I am not trying to troll I looked around the forum for the last hour trying to find any info on what is going on and what might come to pass... Thanks a lot!

That's pretty F'd up if they didn't even give you the option to change it honestly.. I thought that was the policy.

Just this week CCP changed the name of my corp after a year and a half.
Got no choice either.
Not sure if it was offensive or an inappropriate NPC parody:

lol k this thread is actually pretty funny as it pointedly shows that dumb people making up racist, stupid names have to deal with the fallout and then come to the boards and cry, but then again, nothing new to these boardsBig smile

as an FYI, this is the same in pretty much all the mmorpgs out there, as a GM in a certain game from 10 yrs ago , I constantly came upon ******** names, and as per the rules, changed them on the spot, but having said that, they did get 24hrs to submit a name change to the gms, and if not in violation, able to change it to the new name.

KK, like I said, not about the name here, its about how I can actually change my name from Caldari Citizen 23756178456012741093710928560957347-78-57 to something else, yeah thanks, and as far as being a "pig-ignorant insensitive child" I'm rubber you're glue... rock on and make me a sandwich.

Anywho... anyone with actual info on how to change my name to a non pig ignorant name where I would be scared to go into a room full of asian guys and announce what my old name is and whatever, blah blah blah, I just want to know how I can change my name if I already put in a petition if they will give me the option. Thanks everyone for having a sense of humor...

its all good, heck, when i first started playing games, i myself got a name change as well, apperantly having the name Pasty White as a pker on a asian UO server was a bit too much for some people too :)
